Betrokken bij inventarisatie die op verzoek van Petronel-la van Riel, landbouwster, weduwe van Cornelis An-sems, wonende op het Hoeveneind onder Teteringen, wordt uitgevoerd. Was met nu overleden Cornelis Ansems in gemeenschap van goederen getrouwd. Handelt zowel voor zichzelf als voor haar 2 minderjarige kinderen, geboren uit haar huwelijk met voornoemde man, genaamd Dimphena Maria en Cornelis Willebrordus Ansems. Cornelis Ansems heeft gewoond en is overleden in Teteringen op 1831-08-28. Aanwezig is Gerrardus Snoek, landbouwer, wonende in Teteringen, zijnde toeziend voogd over genoemde min-derjarige kinderen. Verwezen wordt naar het testament, gepasseerd voor notaris Mr.Laurentius Beens in Breda op 1830-03-09. De inventarisatie wordt uitgevoerd ter beveiliging van de rechten van genoemde minderjarige kinderen. Het be-treft alle meubelen, landbouwgereedschappen, linnen en wollen goederen, goud en zilver, contant geld, en in het algemeen alle roerende en onroerende goederen, alles behorende tot de nalatenschap van wijlen Cornelis Ansems. Geschatte waarde: 2144,20 gld. Voorts vermeldt de acte dokumenten en waardepapieren o.a.omtrent aan- en verkoop van onroerende goederen zoals een stede en diverse percelen land. Ook wordt een opsomming gegeven van schulden die op de boedel rusten, waarbij de volgende personen be-trokken zijn: 1) Boudewijn Flooren, koopman, wonende in Breda 2) Johannis Bastiaansen, wonende in Breda 3) Cornelis Vriends, wonende in Breda 4) Adrianus van Riel, wonende in Oosterhout Totaalbedrag schulden: 2135,07 gld. Getuigen: Adriaan Rops en Adriaan van Dijk, landbou-wers, beiden wonende in Teteringen.
