Op vraag van Caroline Claes geboren op 25/10/1831 te Nieuwrode werd haar geboorteakte verbeterd. De rechtbank van eerste aanleg tweede kamer te Leuven gaf hiertoe de opdracht na de uitspraak dat de familienaam van haar inmiddels overleden moeder niet 'Portauw' was maar ' Trouwkens' . Het vonnis werd uitgesproken op 23/10/1861 en op 25/10/1861 geregistreerd te Leuven. De aanvraag tot verbetering kwam er i.v.m. het voorgenomen huwelijk van Caroline CLaes. uittreksel van vonnis
