Dit is een 'jugement de rectification' Het gaat erom dat de naam van de bruidegom in de oorspronkelijke zelfde huwelijksakte van 12/11/1892 overgenomen werd uit een doopregister van Chicago en 'Histas' geschreven werd. Deze 'jugement' bevestigt dat de naam van de vader 'Istas' is en dat de stad Leuven dit zo moet verbeteren en geen kopieën van de huwelijksakte mag afleveren met de foutieve naan.
