Welke comparanten ons hebben aanzocht van te procederen tot het houwelijk onder hun beraamd, en welkers afkondingen zijn gedaan geweest voor de voornaemste deure van ons dorpshuis alsmede voor degene van de gemeente Vossem, te weten de eerste den 23 Januarius 1831 ten 10 uren voormiddag en de tweede den 30 Januarius 1831 ten uren voormiddag, geene tegenstrijding aan dit houwelijk ons te kennen gegeven zijnde, recht doende aan dit verzoek, wij hebben naar dat door ons aan de comparanten waren voorgelezen al de stukken hier voren vermeld alsmede het zesde capittel van den titel van den civielen Wetboek , geïntituleerd : Van het houwelyck, gevraagd aan den toekomende bruidegom en aan de toekomende bruid of zij begeerden zig te nemen voor man en vrouw: ieder van hun in het bezonder geantwoord hebbende dat jae; wij verklaren in den naam van de wet dat Guilliam Baudewijns ende Barbara Vijs vereenigd zijn door het houwelijk, van alles het gene wij den tegenwoordigen act hebben opgesteld in de presentie van ….., de welke den tegenwoordigen act met ons en de partijen contractanten hebben geteekent naer dat den zelven hun was voorgelezen, uitgenomen …
