En ons aanzocht heeft over te gaan tot de ontbinding van het huwelijk aangegaan door voornoemde echtgenooten van de gemeente Landen op 1/03/1902. Aangezien er tegen dit vonnis geen beroep is aangeteekend geworden en dat het tijdsbestek der herziening is verloopen, gezien de vermelde stukken die wij gekorteekend hebben met de comparanten en gehecht zijn aan de huidige akte, aangezien de comparante zich voor Ons vertoont binnen de 2 maand en dat de andere echtgenoot behoorlijk verwittigd , niet verschenen is op het aandeduide uur, rechtdoende aan het verzoek hebben wij in de naam van de wet de echtscheiding uitgesproken tusschen Alida Emerence Henriette Laruelle en haren echtgenoot Edgard Prosper Henrion.
