Le lieu de naissance n'est pas "Roge", mais "Roye" ou plus exactement "Rooi" dans la banlieue de Tongres.
Il s'agit de Hubert (Hubertus) de BUSSY, fils de Léonard de BUSSY et Anne-Marie OLLIGIUS.
Né vers 1700 (je n'ai pas mes fiches sous la main, j'écris de mémoire), son parrain fut le Chanoine Hubert de FRAISNE qui lui laissa en héritage la Seigneurie de Rooi. Après son père qui géra son héritage jusqu'à son décès, il fut seigneur de Rooi et Mulken (Seigneurie voisine acquise par son père en 1713, et Admodiateur du Prince Évêque de Liège. Il mourut sans descendance, deux de ses sœurs au moins lui succédèrent dans ses biens jusqu'en 1791*
Les biens de cette dernière Dame de Rooi et Mulken furent partagés entre 8 petits neveux, cousins à des degrés divers, dont mon arrière arrière arrière grand père Paul-Hubert le BUSSY** de FLÉMALLE (1760-1827). Le lot des biens et Château de Rooi fut attribué à un de ces 8 co-héritiers, Nicolas (de) BUSSY, qui le vendit dans les années qui suivirent à un membre de la famille de VOET
* Elizabeth de BUSSY de ROY (1713-1791)
** même famille, mais deux branches différentes [Flémalle/Liège] et [Maaseik/Maestricht/.../Tongres] nées vers 1560, qui se sont recoupées par Catherine-Elisabeth (de) BUSSY, cousine de Léonard de BUSSY, cité plus haut et grand mère maternelle de mon AAAGP
