Les actes préliminaires sont extaits des registres des publications de mariage faites à Bruxelles les 19 et 26 Juillet 1807, et à Sterrebeek le 27 du mois de Septembre et le 4 Octobre 1807 et affichés aux termes de la loi l'acte de naissance de Pierre Adolf futur époux en date du 8 Octobre 1807, l'acte de naissance de Petronille Wyns future épouse en date du 9 Juin 1807, le futur époux ayant duement constaté ne pas être sujet aux dispositions de l'article 151 du code Civil, l'extrait mortuaire de feue Elisabeth Hoevelts épouse de Pierre Adolf en date du 3 Mars 1807 portant qu'elle est morte à Sterrebeek le 22 Germinal an 13 à 12 heures après midi, le consentement demandé par Petronille Wyns à ses père et mère ici présent ont d'ac….. de consentir et ont signés ………… une marque, nulle opposition n'a eu lieu.
