Huwelijkscontract bij notaris Hap te Etterbeek op 29/09/1902par jugement du tribunal de 1ère instance de Bruxelles, le 31/8/1906, l'acte de mariage doit être rectifié en ce sens que le nom patronymique " Baeckelandt" doit remplacer celui de "Baekelandt" et que la date de naissance est le 28 /2/ 1877 ( registre supplétoire 37 de l'année 1906)
