Newly added collections of prayer cards
Open Archives gives prayer card collections of historical societes a bigger stage by making them searchable and viewable on Open Archives.
Last month, the following prayer card collections have been added to Open Archives:
New data added
Data from municipal archive of Ommen-Hardenberg is now available on Open Archives. Specifically, the populations registers and civil registers of places like Ambt Hardenberg, Gramsbergen and Stad Hardenberg.
Historical Archive Midden-Groningen is the most recent added organisation to present their data on Open Archives. The population registers of places like Sappemeer, Hoogezand, Foxhol and Kropswolde are now searchable. Records from the civil registry were already present on Open Archives (via AlleGroningers).
The Regional Archive of Nijmegen has added more sources to their digital collection. Besides extra notorial deeds (from notaries Van der Gronden, Hekking and Klaassen), the population registers of 1820-1850 and refugeesregisters 1914-1918 are now available.
