Personel files Department of Defense
The Department of Defense
has files on soldiers and civilians who are no longer in active duty. This concerns a large part of the population of the Netherlands over the past 100 years. One of the collections that are now made searchable by name are the personal files of professional marines.
On Open Archives you can now search this index on personel files. The files themselves are not available online. The Personnel Archive of the Ministry of Defense describes how personnel files can be consulted.
