Roby congresses 111 AD Each Division Committee of this Department will have the aid of an Aovisonr Coovcit, composed of persons eminent in the province of the Com- mittee, who may be selected from different parts of the world. This Council will constitute the non resident branch of the Committee, and will co operate with it by correspondence. Such Councils are in course of formation, but are not yet ready tor announcement. Their advice and suggestions will be used in the arrangement of the final plans sor the several Congresses. V7. They ExpiAnarony vorts. The Division Committees are of equal rank and report to the President of the Auxiliary. 2- The Congresses of the several Divisions of this Department although separate and independent, will be held as near to each other, in point of time. as may ve tou venient. 3. The immediate work of the several Committees will be to open com- munication with persons and societies interested: to receive and answer in quiries; to prepare Preliminary Addresses, settins sorth the general plans and purposes of the Committee: and to form, mature and report definite plans of proceedins. Final plans must be approved by the Auxiliary toinsure harmony with the general arrangements tor the whole series of Congresses, to be held between the first of May and the last of October, 1893. 4.
